At Gui's Soccer Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your soccer jerseys or equipment, our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customized or personalized items (such as jerseys with names or numbers) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to the “Order History” section.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
- Fill out the return form, providing a reason for the return.
- You will receive an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Shipping Your Return
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the package back to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new order.
- Please return the unwanted item first and then place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
